Welcome to
St. Timothy's

Who is St Tim's?

St. Timothy’s is one of the oldest churches in Wilson and has been sharing God’s love in our community for generations. We are a welcoming, prayerful church family where people of all ages can worship, grow in faith, and serve together. Our history includes walking alongside many different cultures and traditions, and today we continue to build community by extending Christ’s kindness and care to our neighbors. We celebrate our past, but we are just as excited to step into the future—together, with God’s help.

"For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast."

[Ephesians 2:8-9]

The Episcopal Church

At St. Timothy’s, we are part of the Episcopal tradition—a faith rooted in scripture, reason, and the wisdom of the Christian past. We believe in the triune God, the life and teachings of Jesus, the transforming work of the Spirit, and the call to love and serve others. We strive to be a welcoming, inclusive community where seekers and believers alike can gather, ask questions, and grow in faith together.
